1. What ZetJobs provides

ZetJobs is a marketplace where individuals and recruitment partners can discover employer opportunities and request a connection with an employer. Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions and employment terms.

An opportunity, contact unlock, employer acceptance or platform badge does not guarantee a job, recruitment contract, visa, work permit, salary payment or successful placement. Check the employer and the terms before making travel or work arrangements.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under applicable law. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you act for an agency or company, you must have permission to act for it.

Keep your password secure. Tell us promptly if someone else may have accessed your account. Do not sell your account, impersonate another person or give false details.

3. Opportunity information

Listings may include roles, location, salary, benefits, openings and employer requirements. Information may change. Food, accommodation and other benefits apply only when confirmed for the relevant opportunity; clarify their conditions with the employer.

AI may assist with drafting, translation, classification and quality checks. Translations can contain errors. Cover images may be illustrative and may not show the actual employer, workers or workplace. Ask for clarification when information is unclear.

Availability periods, badges and verification information describe the platform listing or recorded activity. They are not a promise of employment or a complete investigation of the employer.

4. Unlocking and contact requests

The unlock price is shown before you choose to pay. Unlocking gives access to the contact-request process. Employer contact details are revealed after the employer accepts your request, according to the opportunity workflow.

After unlocking, submit your contact request. The employer normally has 7 days from submission to respond. The response window does not start merely because you viewed or unlocked the listing.

Previously purchased access should not require a second unlock payment for the same opportunity. Purchased access remains associated with your account even when the public listing expires, subject to lawful account restrictions and the employer workflow.

5. Refunds and the service fee

If an eligible contact request is declined or is not accepted within 7 days, the eligible refund is returned automatically to your ZetJobs wallet under the applicable refund process.

The standard eligible refund is 90% of the unlock amount; the remaining 10% is retained as a service fee. Example: for a USD 10 unlock, the standard eligible wallet refund is USD 9.00. This is a wallet credit, not an automatic refund to your bank or card.

Employer acceptance does not guarantee a hiring result. If a payment is duplicated, an unlock fails or a refund appears incorrect, contact support with your opportunity and transaction reference. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies under applicable law are not restricted by this policy.

6. Wallet and payments

Your wallet records top-ups, unlock payments and eligible refunds. Check the amount, currency and any payment-provider charges before completing payment. Payment providers may apply exchange rates, taxes or processing charges.

An opportunity salary is the employer's stated pay information; it is separate from the platform's unlock price. A wallet balance is not an investment or a promise of earnings. This policy does not promise that wallet credit can be withdrawn as cash. Contact support about mistaken payments or statutory refund rights.

7. Using the service responsibly

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not send spam, threats, discriminatory content, misleading offers or requests for unlawful payments. Do not scrape private information, bypass access controls, attack the website or use other people's personal information without permission.

Only share candidate information when you have a lawful basis and authority to do so. Do not upload unnecessary passports, identity documents, health details or other sensitive information.

Contact access is for a lawful recruitment connection. Do not sell, publish or mass distribute private employer contacts. Public opportunity links may be shared; keep any private contact details out of your public posts.

8. Employer discussions and recruitment

Confirm the job duties, pay, deductions, accommodation, food, hours, contract, legal work status and recruitment charges directly with the employer before agreeing. Follow the laws that apply to recruitment and employment in the relevant countries.

Employment and recruitment agreements are made between the relevant parties. Unless agreed separately in writing, ZetJobs is not the employer, immigration authority, visa sponsor or payroll provider. Report suspicious listings or payment requests to support.

9. Content and communications

You remain responsible for content you submit. You give ZetJobs permission to store, display, translate and process it as needed to operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Submit content you own or have permission to use.

Service messages may include account security, payments and request updates. Promotional email, push and channel updates have separate controls. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages, disable browser push or leave an external channel.

10. Account restrictions and disputes

Access may be restricted where reasonably needed to address fraud, security risks, unlawful use or material breaches. Contact support if you think a restriction or automated outcome is incorrect. Payment and refund issues should be reviewed separately from an account restriction.

Provide relevant references when raising a complaint. We will review the available records and explain the outcome where possible. You retain any rights to seek remedies, use dispute-resolution processes or contact authorities available under applicable law.

11. Availability and responsibilities

Service interruptions and inaccuracies can occur. Each party remains responsible for its own actions and legal obligations. Any limit of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Keep copies of important agreements and receipts. Do not rely solely on a platform listing when making payments to third parties or planning travel.

12. Who operates ZetJobs and policy changes

The operator's legal name must be added before publication.

Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections remain in effect. The operator must confirm any governing-law and dispute-forum details before publication.

These terms may be updated. The version and date appear at the top. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect where required. Changes do not remove already accrued rights or apply new fees retrospectively to completed purchases.
