Cardinal O’Hara High School is searching for an adult and upbeat professional who can support our administration, staff, professors, students, and households. The highly ethical and experienced team-player should possess a good feeling of stability and need to help all the efforts of this Main Office.

Reporting directly to the President, this individual is supposed to be responsible for offering high-end customer service to the whole school neighborhood.

duties

Provide administrative assistance in the primary workplace, which will feature responding to the telephone, forwarding calls and communications on proper individuals, plus, greeting and directing visitors as required.

Responsible for being knowledgeable and apply the mission of Cardinal O’Hara HS.

keep a good doing work relationship with Administration, Faculty, and Staff, and, the pupils and groups of Cardinal O’Hara HS.

help retain the integrity and appearance associated with the Main Office.

remain current on existing school happenings together with school schedule to respond to any queries that may arise, also to share the correct information whenever needed.

Support the Attendance Officer as needed, which will feature mastering every aspect associated with pupils showing up belated or departing early.

Interacts and participates into the school neighborhood by going to games, programs, and other school activities.

Qualifications

twelfth grade diploma or equivalent.

earlier experience with customer service or as an administrative assistant.

Excellent written and dental interaction abilities.

Strong organizational abilities, work efficiently, juggle jobs at the same time, fulfill due dates, and achieve targets.

Strong inspiration skills

power to work productively and definitely with staff, alumni, and neighborhood

needs to be flexible and in a position to manage continual interruptions, and stay open to helping other workplaces as required.
