We seek a highly determined and confident IT Incident & Problem management who is able to take Command and control over significant Incidents to be part of our IT provider Delivery team located in either Dania seashore, FL or Seattle, WA. The best applicant knows technology, procedure, individuals and that can bring these elements together to push the quality of Major Incidents throughout the company.
The IT Incident management will also be in charge of Problem control as well as the development, execution, knowledge, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and our provider control procedures, centering on Incident and Problem Management. You will end up fundamental in maturing our Incident and Problem management procedures and operating adoption and understanding across Chewy. Whenever you are not handling situations, you will end up providing help and assistance to all or any our technology teams to ensure efficient proactive Problem management.
Be part of the Team that has the IT Incident and Problem Management functions over the company
Coordinate attempts across several IT teams assure a very good event response ability

Identify trends and potential problems and just take a proactive approach to resolve all of them

Establish metrics and reporting to produce presence into all significant situations and development of available dilemmas for various viewers
Ensure procedures totally reported and used throughout the IT company
Promote the Incident and Problem control business value over the organization
enhance and continue maintaining the processes and treatments to successfully keep track of and handle all IT Incidents and Troubles
minimal five years of experience in an Enterprise Level, ITIL-based, Incident and Problem Management environment

wide technical history (Cloud knowledge, Networking, techniques Operations, DB's, Monitoring, computer software developing, etc.)

Experience applying Service Management procedures in huge organizations
ITIL Foundation Certification or more
