Summary of this Position: The Utah YAP Credible Messenger Program providing Utah, Salt Lake David & Weber Counties is seeking an Administrative Manager to give you company help for many aspects of the program. Individual is responsible for several company tasks including however limited by: organizing regular paperwork, processing payroll, and maintaining private client and personnel documents. Individual must be able to work in a quick paced and demanding environment and keep maintaining an expert fashion with staff, families, along with other companies. Applicant should-be arranged, pay attention to information, have good-time management abilities and utilize computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Should be able to work independently, have positive interaction and customer support abilities are crucial.

Qualifications/Requirements: at least twelfth grade Diploma or GED is needed. Associates Degree is advised. Computer understanding is important, certain abilities will likely to be examined upon meeting. Some knowledge of insurance coverage and 3rd party billing is useful.

Position calls for dependable transportation, legitimate driver’s license, and auto insurance restrictions with no less than $100,000 per individual and $300,000 per accident physical injury responsibility.
