5+ years’ experience with Global Mobility/HR/Customer providers
University Degree / research of company administration with deeper HR knowledge (MBA, Tax, Law) or similar knowledge
English language proficient, another language benefit
Knowledge of U.S. and worldwide federal government laws influencing visa and immigration (USCIS, DOL, etc.)
Expert understanding of company immigration application procedures and intercontinental mobility/expat management
performing understanding of the tax, appropriate, immigration and policy compliance things for international mobility/expat administration
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and business abilities and awareness of information
Written and verbal interaction abilities including tact, diplomacy, and privacy
Strong consumer focus and passion for using and learning from individuals from numerous countries/cultures
receptive, self-motivated, passionate, organized with decision-making, project administration skills and a stronger feeling of responsibility
