Reporting to your ICC high quality Assurance management, this position is in charge of all activities from the expedient resolution of corrective action as it relates to product and/or service non-compliance. The position will serve as liaison amongst the product sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Suppliers and Quality teams to provide effective and professional Quality Department assistance by doing here obligations.

recognition of a clear/concise problem information
Root cause analysis/investigation
Implementation of containment steps
Identification of Corrective & Preventive Action steps had a need to eradicate issue(s) and prevent re-occurrence
Verify effectiveness of C/A
Formal closing of Corrective and/or Preventive activities
Corrective Action Database usage
Portal-based Buyer C/A relationship
follow through on worker performance to ensure (C/A relevant) retraining is beneficial
use Warehouse and manufacturing Management to improve procedures and processes to stop recurrence
Direct participation with high quality features whenever needed (returns, purges, stock precision, probation assessments, etc.)
offer information / information to Field product sales Reps. on high quality related problems
use District product sales control, providers and subscribers to make sure customer care with regards to C/A resolution
supply support on any immediate problems that require upsurge in the lack of the standard Manager
Provide general support across all divisions as needed SKILLS or QUALIFICATIONS:
Working understanding of ISO 9001 high quality System (AS9100 favored).

Associates level (A.S.) or certification in an excellent related discipline desired; or minimum of a High class diploma with 5 yearsâ€™ expertise in a related high quality part in a manufacturing environment. NEEDS:
