Executive Director

we're recruiting the position of Executive Director (ED) to guide the corporation in satisfying our mission through innovative collaboration. This will be a rewarding opportunity for a seasoned, thoughtful, and imaginative leader just who values a dedicated staff and just who strives to influence NCHC’s breadth of neighborhood presence, connections, and strategy while building and keeping trust.

The ED accounts for the sight, management, grant funding/development, recruiting’ stability and fiscal wellness for the whole organization. The ED reports to the Board of Directors.

JOB OBLIGATIONS

Set and implement business vision, techniques and course
make sure the financial responsibility for the whole business
Demonstrate dynamic management and oversee the leadership improvement staff
Implement capital and income development and leading techniques for sustainability
Develop various other revenue channels to finance the mission
Actively engage within state and federal amounts because they relate to the business and the public health of our rural populace
Build positive connections with our members, community lovers, partner companies, funders and staff

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Advanced level from a certified college, essentially an MPH with company experience
the least decade of senior management knowledge; with experience in healthcare, track record of efficiently leading a regional and/or national non-profit company and staff favored
performing understanding of existing dilemmas in rural healthcare, rural culture, outlying location, and experience with system and grant administration
General Knowledge of a Board of Director’s role and commitment to the organization and staff. Experience working in path of a Board of administrators
A proven background in executive management, administration, functions, cost management, financial management, and appropriate technology
experience with grant writing/management, business strategy development/management, and/or strategic planning/implementation and fundraising

AskPETRA plan & Media Coordinator

North Country wellness Consortium, seeks a course & Media Coordinator to participate the AskPETRA team. AskPETRA is NCHC’s treatment for helping adults, communities, and professionals in Northern NH to know, avoid, and treat substance use condition (SUD) through Assistance, Connection, education, and data recovery help. The AskPETRA Program & Media Coordinator is a full-time place (40 hrs.) stating towards the SUD system management.

JOB DUTIES

Develop development and training plans for various AskPETRA projects including planning and coordination of logistics for: Community knowledge sessions, expert education/discussions, professional development trainings etc.
Coordinate system evaluations, including pre- and post-tests, and maintain tracking and stating processes for system activities
Collaborate with AskPETRA program staff, various other NCHC interior staff, and external partners (including neighborhood coalitions, neighborhood users, medical partners, treatment and recovery partners, law enforcement etc.) to coordinate strategic methods for academic and outreach campaigns, and training and knowledge schedules
go to neighborhood conferences/health fairs to advertise AskPETRA solutions; to understand community problems; and to build interactions to improve system implementation understand neighborhood problems; and to build connections to boost system implementation
Input some ideas and solutions for advertising and marketing and outreach strategies for different AskPETRA system target viewers, coordinating marketing, outreach, and community awareness attempts in collaboration with AskPETRA leadership in addition to NCHC Communications and Marketing staff
Input tips and content to AskPETRA social media marketing articles and campaigns
Design system and advertising materials making use of Adobe Creative Cloud items, such InDesign, or other expert design systems
Develop and keep systems and processes for tracking news development, approval circulation, along with other requests pertaining to outreach and promoting efforts

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
