Ownership of a bachelor's degree and four (4) years of professional experience investigating, examining, and making suggestions, otherwise delivering consultation to administration on fiscal or operational matters, or issues related to public or business management. Substitution(s): A master's level might replaced for one (1) year for the required knowledge.
