Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a bachelor's degree in structure, manufacturing, or an associated location, AND* four (4) several years of managerial or supervisory experience with the building, renovation, and/or maintenance of buildings.*
Under basic path, is responsible for handling and coordinating tasks associated with significant building renovations and large-scale Capital enhancement Projects; performs relevant obligations as needed.
Examples of Work

Manages, programs, and coordinates the job of external contractors, technical, investments, and upkeep employees engaged in construction, upkeep, and renovation jobs;
Manages and oversees all levels of construction, upkeep, and creating renovation tasks;
Prepares preliminary and last programs, quote specifications, and cost quotes for construction, maintenance, and remodelling jobs;
Participates into the preparation of legislation for City Council endorsement;
Reviews programs for Capital Enhancement Projects;
Administers agreements and prepares contract improvements because required;
Develops expense projections for future money and center tasks; suits with design professionals and technicians to discuss project objectives and projected prices;
Maintains blueprints, shop drawings, and job order charges for all new building and renovation jobs;
Assists engineers, architects, technicians, as well as other managerial or supervisory workers with building timelines and supplying quality services;
Participates in contract negotiations associated with renovation and construction projects;
Coordinates Capital enhancement Projects tasks along with other City divisions;
Advises other managers and supervisors into the growth of preventive maintenance programs for new and existing services;
Will act as a liaison between designers, architects, design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders;
Inspects job sites and reviews building development reports to ensure conformity to specs and timetables;
Maintains files and prepares reports as required.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in design, engineering, or an associated location, AND four (4) years of managerial or supervisory experience with the construction, renovation, and/or maintenance of buildings.
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
