Position definition: The Education Coordinator is straight supervised by the Community lifestyle Senior management. The training Coordinator (FTE) will work closely with households to ensure all Woodhill Homes students are connected and engaged utilizing the educational opportunities linked to the preference city Implementation (CNI) grant. Training and knowledge needed:
BA in mindset, knowledge, or related field needed. Master’s degree in knowledge preferred.
Experience with community-based work.
Experience in an education establishing
Experience in grassroots community outreach and arranging,
Knowledge and experience of doing work in diverse and low-income communities.
Excellent organization/planning, networking, relationship-building skills
Community-based analysis experience preferred.
Exemplary organizational, interaction (oral and written), and problem-solving skills.
Powerful private initiative, awareness of detail, and capability to work individually required.
