The Assistant Manager - Sales help Lead (ASM2) is in charge of the day-to-day warehouse/stockroom, sales help activities and for operating sales and helping clients on retail product sales floor as needed. They is in charge of assisting the shop management (SM) and Assistant management – product sales Supervisor (ASM1) in attaining and exceeding all functional criteria including product sales and profit targets on a daily, month-to-month and yearly foundation. The Assistant Manager – product sales help Lead assists in helping the store attain and go beyond product sales and revenue objectives by:

aiding consumers make the most readily useful selection with regards to their homes
making sure total customer satisfaction
general management, direction, and operation regarding the store in lack of shop management
encouraging other associates in attaining personal product sales objectives through correct instruction and follow-up
helping with upkeep for the warehouse

1+ many years of related sales/retail/customer service experience
senior high school degree, GED or equivalent
A valid driver’s permit and acceptable record
